Welcome to our online Annual Report 2012-2013

Going digital was an easy decision for us to make.

Annual reports usually take the form of thick, beautifully designed, printed and bound documents that cost tens of thousands of dollars to design, print and post. With an online report we have streamlined the design process and avoided printing and postage costs altogether.

We’ve also saved paper, chemicals and energy. And that’s good for the environment.

A printed document only contains static information, but with our online report you’ll get to see videos, animations, interactive graphics, helping to improve communication with stakeholders.

And an online report means it can be easily accessed by anyone, found via search engines and shared easily by email and social media.

With a printed report, you post it out and don’t hear much back. But with this year’s report we can engage with stakeholders and request ideas and feedback.

A web version also means we can correct typos and post updates.

Finally, we want people to think that we’re an innovative, efficient, forward thinking organisation, so choosing to go online says a lot about who we are and where we’re at.
